• Works also as our ‘Head Of Music’
Frank van Hengel
The Vocal Acrobat
With a powerful voice and a natural flair for the stage, Frank van Hengel brings fresh energy to classical and pop repertoire. Known for his dynamic presence and fearless vocals, he delivers performances that are bold, engaging, and unmistakably his own.
Some facts about Frank:
• He starred in musicals in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria and in London’s West End
• Has visited every continent in the world, except Antartica, which is on his bucket list
• Plays piano, starting from age 7
• Would love to perform at the European Songfestival with the group
• Studied Light & Sound design
• Is also our Production Manager, as he worked as a producer for years
Dirk van den Brand
The Velvet Tenor
With a warm tenor voice and a deeply musical sensibility, Dirk van den Brand brings sincerity and depth to every performance. His singing is shaped by a natural lyricism and a compassionate spirit, creating moments of comfort, connection, and genuine emotion for his audience.

• Dirk starred as Jean Valjean in Les Misérables
• He has a beautiful daughter named Lilly
• Before singing career he graduated cum laude from a business school
• Loves a glass of whisky (without ice)
• He restored his own classic Mercedes W123 (1976)
• Famous for his ‘Dad jokes’
• Has his motorcycle license
• Is our head of Marketing & PR
Floris van Gulik
The Vocal Cannon
With a powerful, expansive voice, Floris van Gulik brings strength and focus to every performance. His singing reflects years of discipline and a deep connection to the music, combining control with expressive intensity. Grounded and sincere, he lets the music speak first.

• People call him ‘The Opera Guy’
• You can often find him at the gym, working his muscles
• Absolutely loves movies, he has seen over 1180 films
• Is strongly opinionated about Coca Cola. Thinks any other brand should not bear the name cola
• Loves football and is a big fan of Ajax.
• Is the Social Media Manager of The Dutch Tenors

Roos van der Waerden
Founder of The Dutch Tenors
With hands-on artistry and an unmistakable creative drive, Roos is the beating heart behind the Dutch Tenors. Referred to by the men as their “bosslady,” together with the men she shapes everything from vocal arrangements and stage design to styling, video edits, and the bookings.
Some facts about Roos:
• She referres to herself as a soprano pensionada, having been a singer herself.
• Has a 2 year old tiny tenor at home
• Loves to roller skate
• Can sing two different notes at the same time
• Loves desserts even more than Jonathan (is that possible? Apparently yes)
• Has worked also as a webdesigner and hairstylist
