5. Returns and Refunds

• Right of Withdrawal: For physical goods (e.g., CDs), EU customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging.
• Exemptions: Digital music downloads and opened media (CDs with broken seals) are exempt from return or refund.
